Dow Chemical named one of Middle East’s Top Employers for 2017
The Dow Chemical Company has been recognised as one of the best places to work in the Middle East with the company’s operations in UAE and Saudi Arabia winning the prestigious Top Employers Institute certification.
The Top Employer Institute certification is awarded following a robust assessment, validated by an auditing of the companies' practices in a number of areas, including compensation and employee benefits, career development, working conditions and training and development. Dow’s culture, learning and development opportunities, rewards package, on-boarding program, as well as Dow’s wealth of HR policies were credited with enabling the win in the Middle East.
